The breakfast featured a variety of choices. All were delicious. The young lady serving coffee noticed immediately when I needed more coffee. The pools were immaculately clear and towels were always available. Service at the pool area was attentive.
There were only a few guests in the smaller pools sometimes.

the staff were helpful and polite. the grounds were beautiful and well kept. i found the location amazing with easy access to the beach and local shops. the suite had everything i needed for a comfortable stay.

Excellent Hotel Experience
fruit platterfriendly staffplumbing problem
i received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival it included a fruit platter and wine. the staff greeted me daily and were consistently helpful and friendly. the spa facilities met my expectations and were easy to book on short notice. the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness.
i arrived at midnight and one of my rooms was not ready because of a plumbing problem. the manager was not apologetic about the inconvenience. i wish the situation had been handled better.

Mixed feelings about the stay.
unripe fruitpoor ingredients
The breakfast buffet lacked quality. Ingredients seemed cheap. The cold meats were subpar and some fruit was unripe. There were no water bottles available at the gym. A significant oversight for a facility aiming for a higher standard, and toiletries were sparingly provided. The experience fell short of expectations for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
